Tamara Schram has had experience in a variety of education sectors, having taught public school, served as an educational specialist in the business world, and taught education college courses for both Western Iowa Tech Community College and Northwestern College. A graduate of the Early Childhood Teaching Endorsement Program at Doane University, she was nominated for the Outstanding Teacher Award at Western Iowa Tech Community College in 2017. Tamara has written and facilitated instruction for staff development, grant writing, and entrepreneurship on a national level. She has most recently been a presenter for the National Field Experience Conference.
