Jennifer Weber has worked at Western Iowa Tech Community College since 2010 and currently serves as the Administrative Program Coordinator for Early Childhood Education. In this position, she teaches, advises and mentors students, supports the needs of faculty in her department, and collaborates with internal and external partners to provide a variety of opportunities for students. She has been nominated for the Outstanding Instructor Award at WITCC seven times and seeks to connect with her students authentically. Prior to working at WITCC, Jennifer supported the diverse needs of children and early childhood professionals in classroom and community roles both through employment and volunteer opportunities.
