Kim Uddo
Duration:
1 Hour

Dates

Description

Civility promotes happiness and well-being in the workplace. This in turn will improve employee satisfaction and retention. Student perceptions of civility and incivility are surprising. The first step in creating a culture of civility in the academic setting begins with each of us. Let's learn how to thrive in the workplace.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Correlate the association of academic civility and incivility on students, faculty, and administration.
  • Take a civility self-assessment for academic faculty.
  • Create a civility self-improvement SMART goal.

Note: Webinars are only available to individuals at NISOD member colleges.
