Camden County College
Sean Dwyer graduated from the Lebow College of Business at Drexel University and quickly sought to embrace his passion for competitive gaming. Shortly after, he founded a semi-pro League of Legends team, Team Exile, that competed in the North American Challenger Series Qualifier. There he worked with a number of players who have gone on to work in the esports industry and play professionally. In 2020, he joined Immaculata University as their inaugural head esports coach and led them to their first ever Atlantic East conference championship in Rocket League. The next year, in 2021, he began working with Camden County College as the school's esports director and then also as the Co-Coordinator of Camden County's Esports Production AAS Degree. During his time with CCC, the esports program grew to 70 student-athletes competing in 8 varsity game titles and 4 national collegiate leagues.
