Dr. Ericka Landry who has worked in K-12 and higher education for over 20 years, has a passion for personal and professional growth. Dr. Landry currently serves as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant working with c-suite level executives in Houston, Texas. In this role, Dr. Landry enjoys providing strategy and support to foster a culture of employee engagement and excellence. As an adjunct faculty member at Lone Star College, Dr. Landry mentors and provides high-quality learning opportunities for students in Learning Frameworks First-Year Experience courses. Dr. Landry holds degrees from the University of Arkansas at Monticello (B.B.A.), Houston Baptist University (M.Ed.), and Sam Houston State University (Ed.D.). Dr. Landry has received numerous facilitator certifications, including being recognized as a Master Presenter by NISOD.
