Trying to keep students on task in the online space and trying to make sure that students are progressing through the course on a weekly basis can be difficult. Marsha Lynn Hudson is a speaker, trainer, writer, and has worked in education for more than 30 years. She has taught at the K-8 level as well as the collegiate level, teaching at institutions such as the University of Phoenix, University of Houston-Downtown, and Kingwood College. She currently works as a professor of English at Wharton County Junior College. She received an education specialist degree from Walden University, a bachelor's degree in professional writing from the University of Houston, and a master's degree in literature from the University of Houston. She is also a digital marketer and brand specialist for UH-SBDC and has been with the SBDC since 2015. She teaches entrepreneurs and educators how to grow their brand with online marketing strategies without being overwhelmed. She has written several books, including: Unleash Your Potential and Train Your Mind for Success. She is currently working on a forthcoming title, Discover Your Passion.
