Description

According to research by the National Science Foundation, approximately 60,000 thoughts run through our minds daily; of those 60,000 thoughts, 80 percent are negative. Further research by Stanford University shows that 90 percent of our thoughts are repetitive. This webinar takes participants on a deep dive into how negative thoughts can impede your success. By the end of this webinar, participants know or are able to define the chatterbox, know what feeds the chatterbox, and develop a chatterbox defense plan.

By the end of this webinar, participants know or will be able to:

  • Understand how self-talk can keep you from success
  • Learn what feeds the chatterbox.
  • Develop their own success plan.
